Me and 20 Gay Guys

Guess that the tango option wasn't so popular. At this point in the game only me and 20 gay guys think that dancing the days away are a good option.

Wow...talk about stereotypin the gay men! Actually, I am quite sure that most gay men would think the tango is a silly dance. Even Al Pacino looked stupid doing it in Scent of a Woman (Don't give me the excuse he was blind, I know that) Ask the Fab Five...the tango is out, most gay men prefer broadway tunes or pop music. Hint: He is probably gay if he dances with his hands above his head!

Um, grad girl? Can't you recognize humor when it's in your face? Daisy's JOKE was funny.

And speaking of stereotyping. Why is it not ok for Daisy to make a joke about gay men and tangoing. Yet you have no problem claiming you know what they like? (pop music & broadway tunes)

Can we say hypocrite?

Ok Nik Ashmost...you have to learn not to take things so seriously. I know that she was joking and I got a good laugh out of it. My response was light-hearted and humorous as well. Go to terminex and get them to kill that bug that is up your a$$.

RE: Me and 20 Gay Guys

Sorry, Daisy's was funny. Yours read as hypocritical and not funny at all. I'm entitled to have that opinion. I don't take anything online seriously though, so your assumption of how seriously I took your post is moot and irrelevant. Maybe you're taking my response too seriously though? (Since that's how you like to play.)

On a different note, isn't "grad gurl" kind of a paradox? How can you be a grad if you can't spell a word as basic as g-i-r-l?
(this is somewhat a joke, sorry you won't see it that way)

For the record--have a big problem with the mispelling of girl for the sake of feminism. Maybe we could invent a new word rather than masacre an old one, eh?

Sarcasm and internet posts are a tough rope to tow. But I like to try.

Nik--Thanks for getting it. Nice to see an old name 'round here. I came back on-line after a brief hiatus to find I didn't recognize anyone, unless y'all have changed screen names.

Hold on a sec....I get bashed for intentionally mispelling "girl" and then you go and spell it "grrl"? Wow!

At least spelling it Grrl gives a Tigerish impression.

Gurl is just ghetto.

See the difference?

RE: Me and 20 Gay Guys

I've got no particular riff against mispelling 'girl' for any sake. I'll take grrl over gurl any day. I like to hurl. On gurls. Lika stringa purls. Let my flag unfurl. Straitn out them curls. It's so ghetto it's rurl.
