Now at my old high school, they are disecting pigs, that's even worse. Why do they make us do that? The only use for that could be if I wanted to be someone like Hannibal! |

Other than that I would guess it's a way for some of the sick teachers to see us sweat for a change. Science class was a joke at my school. You learned what someone else found out and had to take it without checking on it for yourself. |

It was also an opportunity for us to be exposed to new ideas and specialties. Someone who wants to be a doctor, but can not even stomach cutting open a frog, should perhaps rethink it. |

The dumbass bio teacher in my class failed to do the most important thing, knock the frog out (ie scramble the brains, kill it, ether it, whatever) so the frogs were like freakin' jesus. this violent chick cackled as she snipped the frogs tendons and it squiggled on the board. I jetted before getting my frog - had to get numb after that. I suck for not having done anything about it. I did get into a fight with the crazy chick - she WAS afraid of a 5'10 girl with the knock down power of a boy! |

After a while, one of the stoners got bored and decided to throw a frog leg at someone. at the table next to us, there was this guy, from Japan. I mean, straight from Japan, like last week from Japan. in other words, the perfect target. He jabbed the leg with his scalpel and flung it across the table and it hit him in the chest. All everyone else in the room heard and saw was a squeal (a literal EEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!) and then him running out of the room. it was hilarious. I haven't thought about that story in 10 years. ahaha thanks for the memories. |
