Your still not getting that these countries will not have standing armies. There will be a central army for this sort of thing. However rare it will need to be used. Harry Pillcrusher, I agree, hopefully it will be people at the top of their respective fields of study such as economists, biologists, mathmeticians, chemistry, medical fields and astronomers. But for balence you also need the Phil. side to. No there will be no chefs there, unless they are preparing food. The people would have to vote these people in office though. That goes along with the valuntering of office. Could you see a Plilosipher and a sientist going at it the way the current system lets politisions go at it? Thats why changes like this need to be brought about. Meko, again ? I think you need to read up on your history. Communism is run by a head leader who has over say in anything he/she wants. Thats not what I propose. All the leaders would have equal status. |

I wasn't talking about standing armies; I was talking about radicals who grow in secret and who think they could better rule the world. And secondly... you do need a "leader" of sorts. If everyone sat down at a table and started talking, how would anything get done with out someone there saying.. "Everyone quiet, we listen to Mr. Bumblebee now" I disagree that it will happen in ours, or our childrens lifetime. Because the UN has started to become questioned, I think that we will sooner be in a world where there is no global unit. That the world will deteriorate even more, and maybe, in 200-300 years or so, this may start to occur. But I think the main holdouts in such a society would not be the little countries in the Far East. Rather they would be the countries that have power now... like the US and China. |
