Sure those other things would uber-suck, However, if another moon showed up & started fighting with Earth's moon, the negative impact would effect everyone worldwide. |

I would have to bet on the other moon. Unfortuanatally it would have a negitive affect on our equilibriam in the rotation between the moon and sun and what have you and such an event would have the consaquence of us spinning madly into another star or planet, or just the middle of no-where. But i would like to be front and center for that sh*t |

Or i could be like a canadaian and say that my statement was 100% valid. The moon does in fact rotate and we have indeed seen the whole thing. We know what is on the other side as a planet. We have not seen it from earth but we have seen the dark side of the moon. so there. |

We always see the "face" in the moon being the same side, but during a new moon that side is the dark side because the sun shines on the opposite side. The darkness rotates around it just like it does on earth. |
