| Posted By: Harold Davies Posted On: Mar 6, 2023 Views: 86 | How to beat the Elden Ring Godrick The Grafted Godrick the Grafted is the Lord of Stormveil Castle. He is a demi-god relative of Queen Marika and probably the first Great Rune bearer you will meet in Elden Ring. Some people think that Godrick the Grafted reminds players that they don't have to fight every boss in Elden Ring right away because he is so hard, especially for people who are new to FromSoftware games. Where To Find Godrick The Grafted? Godrick the Grafted is the last boss in the Legacy Dungeon of Stormveil Castle. The Castle is in the northwest corner of Limgrave, in the Stormhill sub-area. From almost any point in Limgrave, you can see it standing tall over the town. After you beat Margit the Fell, you'll come to the gate of Stormveil Castle, where a gatekeeper will tell you about a hidden path. Top Games 2023: cookie clicker! If you don't take the secret path, you can get to Godrick much faster, but you'll have to deal with an army of soldiers and a lot of ballistae, or try to get around them. The boss room for Godrick is at the castle's northernmost point, which players can easily run to if they enter through the main gate. If you take the side path, keep going until you reach a room with Warrior Pots and a broken ledge that leads down. The Fog Wall is to the left of this room, and the Site of Lost Grace is in front. The Moveset, Weaknesses, and Phases of Godrick Godrick the Grafted is a hard boss, but his moves are more predictable than those of Margit the Fell, who is known in the Elden Ring community for having attacks that seem to come out of nowhere. Godrick, on the other hand, has a few tricks up his sleeve that can kill a player if they don't dodge and move carefully. He has two parts. In the first, he uses his huge axe. In the second, he cuts off his own arm and puts a Dragon's head on it. His first phase is over pretty quickly, when he has about 2/3 of his health bar left. Phase two is much harder, though, because he is faster and stronger. Godrick's Moveset: Phase One Short-Range Wind AoE: When Godrick swings his axe in a circle, he makes a huge tunnel of wind around himself. High damage. Long-Range Gusts of Wind: Usually after his Wind AoE attack, Godrick fires two gusts of wind at the player. Low damage, but can be surprising. Cleaving Lunge Attack: Godrick takes a second to get ready for this attack, then charges at the player and sometimes hits them again. A lot of damage. Attack with a Jumping Axe: Godrick jumps into the air, raises his axe, and then falls to the ground. Very high damage, and players with low Vigor can be killed in one hit. Smashing Axe Attack Combo: Godrick strikes the ground over and over with his axe. It does average damage and is easy to avoid. Godrick just swings his axe at the player, but like Margit, the hits take a moment longer to land than expected. Medium damage. Godrick's Moveset: New Moves in Phase Two Release stress with narrow one game Walking Fire Breath AoE: Godrick holds his Dragon-grafted arm in front of him and shoots fire across the battlefield as he moves forward to cover more area. Large area of effect and high damage. Short/Long Range Fire Wind Attacks: Godrick's area-of-effect (AoE) wind and wind gusts are infused with fire, which makes both short- and long-range fire wind attacks more damaging. Smashing Axe Attack Combo Plus: Godrick smashes his axe into the ground like before, but he finishes the three-hit combo with a huge AoE smash. A lot of damage. |
