When I first started going out with my girlfriend, I wore sandals once. She told me she thought they were gay. Needless to say, the sandals are gone. I wear the old school converse all stars.

Paul...why does your girlfriend have an issue with you looking gay? And if she thinks you look "gay" (and what the heck does that mean???), why would she be with you unless she found that attractive?

Furthermore, what did you stop wearing something *you* like just because your girlfriend says so? I want a man who stands up for himself...to me and everyone else! :)
