It depends on what you are wearing/where you are going.
If you are out loafing around, going to the grocery store, a movie, a walk in the park, anything casual - go for it.
If you are going on a date, out to eat somewhere nice, on a job interview, don't do it.
Just NEVER NEVER NEVER wear socks (of any color) with sandals, PLEASE!!!!

And your toenails are not too long. Well, except maybe that one (the toe next to the big toe on the right side).
