Here there is a duty of about £1.60 a bottle no matter the quality.
Further a licences must be obtained from the local courts so if anyone there knows you and hates you kiss that goodbye
No alchol may be sold on credit so you ask for the money before they drink
Also it must be money and not plastic
No tax refunds under any circumstances
No sales after 11pm
No sales before 11am
