My dog would be funny as hell if he could talk. It would be fun to go walking with him and making jokes about the other dogs and people. And you could actually get them to do what you say.

I mean...sure it COULD be fun...but when you best friends dog makes that first reference to peanut butter...you wont ever look at your friend the same. and they wont listen to you, they will just know exactly what you said, then talk back and say "no, YOU go clean up my ****" or stuff like that.

You rip a smelly one, look at the dog and hes all "hell no, and dont you even THINK of blaming that one on me you smelly bastard!" And "the dog ate my homework" would be out the window when the teacher asks the dog if he did. And what if the dogs became like politicians? Trusting people everywhere, while the dogs secretly communicate between each other for a hostile world takeover. scary.

Now can I please go outside and ignore you?" Then he would knock on the door later and ask me if any cute girl dogs were in heat in the neighborhood and could he please, please have some chicken for dinner because dog food really sucks! He would probably ask me 10 times a day if we could go for a walk or a take a ride in the car. I'm guessing he would also tell me that I play the music in my car too freakin' loud and could we listen to Bow Wow Wow or Snoop Doggy Dogg or some stuff like that. Then we would come home and he would want to watch Lassie re-runs all night long, or the Osbournes because they have like 19 dogs. Woo...just think if all 19 of the Osbournes' dogs were talking at once!!! I think the doggy/man world is great just the way it is...but I would like to hear my doggy tell me that he loves me just once!
