Now, after reading ALMOST ALL THE WEBSITES CONTAINING MISS UNIVERSE ARTICLES, here would be my choice of this year. And I guarantee you a 60-80% acuracy of my choices. My choices are: 20. Poland 19. Egypt 18. Sweden 17. Jamaica 16. Philippines 15. Trinidad and Tobago 14. Ecuador 13. Turkey 12. Peru 11. Japan 10. Spain 9. Australia 8. Greece 7. Aruba 6. Greece 5. Switzerland 4. Norway 3. USA 2. Paraguay 1. Ukraine Now, it is obvious that my 1-5 choices would definitely be in. So I would concentrate on explaining why I have chosen nos. 16-20. 20-Poland --She is already a professional model in her country. By this, it is an advantage of er walking with her gown and swimsuit for she knows how to carry it. 19-Egypt --One good looking lass. Standing 5'9 or 5'8 .. (I forgot) She is a model too. Egypt never placed their country on the record, not even in the finalists. But she MAY have what it takes. Studying Law, she can speak well. 18-Sweden --A beautiful girl. Her country has placed 3 wins alreay and has entered in the semi's for 27 times. The record is good for them. Will, this 5'8 girl be enough to set Sweden's foot again? Sweden is one of the few countries that is a veteran in this kind of competition. 17-Jamaica --Standing 5'10. She is already a TV host and is also a model. This exposure may help her fight "stage freight." She has also represented jamaica for the Miss World. Unfortunately, she hasn't won. No record for Jamaica on holding the crown. 16-Philippines --Of all the girls, according to NBC, she was the head turner at the arrival of candidates. She already won MISS GLOBE 2001, unfortunately, Miss Globe no longer exists. She is a student of communications, which would help her be a shoot in answering interviews. The Philippines have the crown twice. And last have the 1st-runner up in 1999. Now, after my reviews I hope that again, 60-80% of my choices would make it. THANK YOU. |
