Yappy dogs

I live in a fairly large apartment building, and the people in the unit directly above me have what must be a very young puppy...and it's driving me crazy. My reservations about having a dog in an apartment building aside (unfortunately for me, it is allowed here), they're gone ALL THE TIME and the blasted thing sits there on the balcony and yelps all. day. long. Even weekends. Now, I can't blame the puppy too much because it's undoubtedly just lonely (and bored), but the fact that sounds like it could either be an animal or someone washing a window (yes, it's THAT high pitched) seems to make it perfect for going straight to the frontal annoyance lobe of my brain without passing Go and collecting $200 or more importantly, the Medulla Ignorata. I have been surprised to find myself thinking of ways to quickly snuff out a puppy and make it look like an accident. A PUPPY! With the big eyes and velvet fur on it's nose and playful clumsiness. It's turning me into a monster.

RE: Yappy dogs

Steal him and become his best pal! If these ppl are really gone as much as you say just take him and if they complain give em like $ 20 they obviously dont care about him that much.
