B-B-Q

My neighbors tend to try to report me to the cops. I practice with my sword collection and it aparently ticks them off. My roof is to low in my room and if I were to use then inside, well....

My B-B-Q's are pretty good. I don't ask my neighbors if they want to come over, but they come over anyway.

So here is the argument for this week.

1. Is sweet B-B-Q or non-sweet B-B-Q better?
2. Which is better, dry rub or basting?

depends on the meat that's being cooked. ribs? dry rub with a quick basting before they're done. chicken? liquid. steak? salt and pepper. done and done.
