Drunken neighbours

My upstairs neighbours get drunk all the time, scream and run around stomping, stay up until 4 am on a Wednesday night singing Billy Joel songs, and then lean out their window throwing toast and yelling "BIRDS SHOULD COME AND EAT THIS TOAST! TOAST IS COOL FOR BIRDS TO EAT!".
They also go up onto the roof (which is open to everyone in the building) and throw eggs down on the cars below. I think they're being evicted soon.

hey, sorry bout that but serioisly get a grip i mean who cares if we come home drunk and are loud do you really care? im sorry if we woke you up but its not everyday well ok maybe but next time bang on the wll and well stop. maybe if we gave you some toast you wouldnt post on message boards about us and enjot feeding birds at 4am later
