He hangs out with people named 'High Pitched Eric,' and 'Bubba The Love Sponge.' I hate to say but I don't think he is the most reliable source...and even if he did say exactly that, there are ALWAYS a ton of rumors that go on before the Oscars, or any big event for that matter. Take the Warped Tour for example, I actually saw on Fox News a few months ago that they had signed Avril Lavigne to the tour and that she was going to play at every show. That was a big hoax...thank God... no offense to all you Avril fans out there... |

You can say the big bad Turkish government is picking on the little old Kurds but the fact of the matter is it's simply not that easy. The Kurds felt that their weren't equaly represented in the Turkish Government which they shouldn't be because they make up a vast minority in the Turkish population the feel that since they exist they need to have an equal say in the goings on in government and that simply doesn't happen in democracies or republics Turkey is a Republic. The majority wins, Kurds can't handle it they want their own country and they just happen to say that the area that is rightfully theirs contains just about all the oil in Turkey and major portions of it in other countries thats no coincidence. So instead of thinking hmm maybe we can get at least some kurds in government by voting and politics lets just blow **** up thats fun right?... right? ****ing WRONG!! Turks defend themselves and are vilified by ignorant ***holes like yourself because it seems like turkey is bullying them. |

Aurora, thanks for the reply to my question. Are there any independent candidates up for election this time that are likely to receive a decent amount of votes? Everyone else, I have to say having seen the level of debate that this film evidently causes amongst people whose normal hobby is mocking Dragonmaster, that I am inclined to see it now. I think I can probably resist the more crudely biased aspects of Moore's argument, even though I am tempted to agree with him on some issues. Is there any real benefit in me boycotting the film? |

It seems that a lot of the people who post here are angry with the anti-Bush people, but I have yet to hear a compelling argument in favor of the man. Complain all you want if Michael Moore presents the facts in a completely biased way, but you cannot argue that some of news footage used showed Bush and his cronies digging their own graves. It really didn't take a man like Michael Moore to make him look bad. You guys voted the village idiot into office and I really think that you are going to vote him in again. I have learned that my expectations cannot be low enough in regards to Americans. |

After talking to people who have seen F9/11, those that were Anti-Bush are still Anti-Bush. Those that were Pro-Bush are still Pro-Bush. The movie only seems to solidify your own opinions as opposed to changing them. In the long run, I'm betting this movie will not have the impact people might think. One thing I find interesting is how the talk radio conservatives are reacting. Instead of debating the facts they end up calling Michael Moore a fat jerk or worse. It always ends with fat jokes. As if that will lend credibility to their point. |

I guess I'm stuck here. But I love Guiness so Ireland would be a great spot if they hire engineers there. Oh Syrgot, Howard Stern hates "Bubba The Love Sponge". I think "Jeff the Drunk" would be a better person on your list. Despite Howard's demeanor and associates, he still is an intelligent man and has taken the correct position about this country. Plus I don't think we voted Bush into office (I voted for Al Gore); he lost the popular vote and stole the election in Florida. I found some statements in there that truly show me how idiotic Bush-backers can be: "Unlike Bush, who sensibly took a vacation from the perils of conflict in the National Guard, Kerry enlisted for combat in Vietnam and shuttled up and down the Mekong river commanding a Swift Boat." That's supposed to make me like Bush more? The asshole basically went AWOL for Christ's sake!
