Kinda like God does sometimes right? So he aint a villian, just a cool jackass.

I'd love to have that power. Being everywhere at all times, being able to explore the whole universe, anything I want. I'd just leave out the torturing the other races.

And I guess partially why he is a villan is because even with all of that Borg stuff, whether or not it worked out for the best in the end, it seems like Q really could care less about "how things turn out for the other beings." He just wants to amuse himself. He rules though. I like a villan with some charisma, like Q, like the Joker. Villans that are all ugly and gross and just plain evil are too flat. Some charm gives a bad guy a little depth.

He does care about things, just most of all he cares about his own amusement. So if being self-centered makes you a villian then most all of the world are villians.
