He allowed 100acres of land for 100Rs rent for 1 year, thus for 99 years. But the government had full contol over the Dubai team and he made sure 30000 direct job opportunities. If the Smart City team is doing something different opposed to the agreement the government was able to get the land back. But what Achuthanadan did is he sold the 100acre land for 120 crores. Now where are those crores? Also the Dubai team can do anything they like upon their 100acre land, because its now their own land. Thus VSA and team fooled us.. |

What I know is today's politicians starting from Karunakaran, who is a much better administrator and powerful chief minister than Antony and Oommen Chandi. But he is grossly corrupt and selfish. He lack basic education and lack of sincierty towards people. Antony is a inefficient person and he don't have any leadership qualities, but he is sinciere and a good friend or a neighbour to have. oomen chandi is highly selfish, rude, arrogant and cunning fellow. He is not eligible to become a CM, even a pachayath member. Achuthanathan is a crap, he is a blind communist, good part of him is he atleast held on to communist basics of distroy ourself and distroy others. He says big things but when it comes to his family everything changed (that is applicable to all communists). He is inefficient and opertunistic. We educated youth of kerala is suffering becuase of these useless and greedy self centered political witches. |

Achutha Menon was the BEST Chief Minister in the history of Kerala and Mr. Omman Chandi was the WORST Chief Minister Kerala ever had. Shri. Achutha Menon was Mr. Clean, and most powerful CM, who have ruled more than 5 years term in Kerala. Strikes by NGOs, KSRTC Drivers & Teachers Strikes were miserably failed when he was the CM, still many of them remember him for his ability to handle such situations. Mr. Omman Chandi (Athi vegam Bahu Dooram)is the worst, but he cleverly looted the Tsunami Fund of approx. Rs. 140 crores donated to Chief Minister Relief Fund, without giving anything to those suffering peoples. Finally Mata Amrithananda Mayi Devi had to construct the houses for them. Karunakaran is crooke, selfish, greedy, done nothing good for Kerala, he made crores and given to his children. Antony is speechless, and harmless person, Achuthanandan is still fishing without touching the water, he always study the case, and his study will never finish. Clever crooks. |
