Amoung the best CM I gives my vote to Mr C Achutha Menon who served sincerly and loyal as C M of kerala. I still remember in his period how many labour strikes failed eventhough his ruling partners were guiding the strike. Only because of his charisma same collition came to power after the emergency. |

Now we required that tipe of chief ministers... That time suppose he decided something means.. it wil come to rewality...
