I have no idea what the heck that is. But it looks to me like it was taken in some kind zoo. In which case it really isn't anyone's pet.

It's a single wattled cassowary, and yep they're pretty ugly. They don't fly, they dont get along with anything. They're pretty useless.

looks as if some crafty sort done plucked this birds feathers, then dumped a qt. of beer on it. that is one ugly bird.
