I am so angry I could probably uproot a tree and launch it into militarist ass. but no. The whole terrorist thing is just another reason why Jesus was right. If we (US foreign policy in general) hadn't been so damn self-righteous and we'll-go-blow-you-up-because-we-want-what-you-have for the past century, Arabs wouldn't hate us quite as much. The ONLY two major wars in this country that have ended positively were the revolutionary war and WW2. Even those could probably have been solved sooner and more life-efficiently if we had used nonviolence. Consider this : India, a coutry of immense population, used non-violence to become independent in about 10 years with less than 1000 deaths due to war. Algeria, which is certainly less populated than India, used war to gain independence in the same period in history. They took, I think, about 20 years. It cost them 1 million plus lives. More from me later, but I have to blow off some steam so I don't start misspelling and having grammar problems like the rest of y'all. oops (I'm from Wsconsin, by the way, so I would actually say you guys. And yes, we do have an extremely whiny accent. Don't ask why) |

He's kept me amused for the last 4 years and I'm none the worse for it. Without GWB, I wouldn't have been able to see all that cool war footage with the embedded reporters!
