I don't really mind being called either English or British - I don't have the time or energy to work up any serious racism about the Welsh, Irish or Scottish, as they're too similar to us. If you want me to prove that I'm from England, try getting me to spell honour or colour, or test me on my advanced bigotry on the subject of the EU, or my utter lack of knowledge about the American political system.

We here in the U.S. are English to. So are Alstralians. We just moved at different times/ reasons/ and have different dialects.
