StarKist Gourmet's Choice Tuna packed in premium Olive Oil. Thats the best. It's like a caned tuna steak. But just get the olive oil. the canned in water stuff makes it smell sickining.

If I cant get fresh tuna in class thats what i use. It stays in big flakes to, thats even better.
