Ok, i'm against most abortion in the first place, unles it's a medical problem where the mother is going to die or something, but partial birth abortion? WTF people. Do you know how partial abortion works? The babie is carried full turm and during labor a abortionist cuts the spinal cord. There isn't any other thing to call this but murder, plain and simple. If the women is in labor, and far enuf along that the kid (thats what it is at this point) is actualy moving it's hands and legs around, then it's murder. Someone kills a baby thats 10 seconds or 2 inches from birth. If your for this **** than screw you. Abortion was bad enuf without this. I can't belive this country is so screwed up that people would go for this sort of thing. If a mother, no thats not the right term, if a suckubus thinks so little of her baby that she carried for a full term to get rid of it in this way then she should at the very least serve time and have her tubes tied. This is the first time that I'm not sorry for making more than one post, but I needed to vent, I just wish it made me feel better. you people want to know why I'm goth? **** like this is why, I don't want to have anything to do with a people that think like this. WTF people!?!?! |

A federal court struck down the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003, because it quote: failed to provide any exception to protect womens health. You have to understand...it's not as if most Americans believe that such a procedure is acceptable...but just about every piece of legislation that tries to ban a particular procudure during a particular stage of pregnancy has had extremely broad language and could thuss be interpreted as banning almost EVERY abortion procedure. A federal court believed that the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act of 2003, had too broad of a language, and it would infringe on a woman's constitutional right to her body. Had it more specific language, and included a provision to protect a women health, the procudure probably would have been banned. Lata. |

It could be 4 1/2 weeks old...if it's partially outside the woman's body, it's considered "partial birth". This is when most of these procedures occur. NOT when it is "full term". |

I'm sorry to stay on this subject--but why is it that some feel this is so incredibly wrong and should be banned? Does it conflict with your beliefs? Then don't do it yourself. Encourage your friends and family not to get abortions. I don't even see why legislation should be made about such a personal matter. It's none of the government's business. The constitution should be protecting us from the state, not allowing it to have a greater jurisdiction over us. I hate to say this, but at this point in time, it just reminds me how "Christian" America is. |
