This site (http://ppsociety.com) exists for those who want to learn to develop their TK potential. It has not for mendate to prove to any narrow minded skeptical people like you that TK exists. You can't do it? Well know that some kids out there - 10 yrs - have more Will power than you'll ever have, because they can manage to move a psi-wheel under a glass. It's truly amazing to me that so many people so blindly jump on Randi's bandwagon and recite as a littany how great and fair Randi is, and that any one with an "real" psychic ability can win; all they have to do is show real psychic abilities. Of course, such people wouldn't know real psi abilities if it walked up and slapped them in the face; yet Randi is their champion! And for what? What does he do for such people; what function does he serve society? Protect us from all of the psychic frauds out to... Hey, what are all of those psychic frauds doing; conning people out of money? The same thing roofers and contractors do, but Randi isn't battling them. The same thing telemarketers do, but Randi isn't battling them, either. No, he's *has* to save all of us from fraudulent psychics-- and of course, that's every psi that exists, now isn't. So along comes somebody not wanting to be saved, rather, he seeks the truth. And the truth of the matter is that the hero to so many brain-dead sceptics has feet of clay. And just because that writer doesn't worships at the feet of the Great Randi or doesn't blindly kiss his ass like so many followers, then golly, gee, you know that information has just *got* to be wrong because it's *biased.* Biased! Dozens, hundreds, maybe even thousands of people accept Randi without a moment of doubt or rational thought. Ask them if that isn't being biased and they'll tell you as one, "Randi is fair; Randi is honest; Randi's offer is fair; Randi is honest," ad nauseum. Well, not everybody has been brainwashed into the cult of the not-so-great Randi. And information, particularly the truth, doesn't become invalid and false because you don't like it. You did not answer the question but instead went on a rant yourself. What are you so annoyed about? Why can't you discuss this article, one that you raised, in a sensible and intelligent manner? The point about the author of that site, Victor Zammit, is this. He is absolutely furious that Randi does not pay him the $1,000,000 prize money for giving "proof" of the afterlife. Zammit's so called "proof" is in fact nothing more than a collection of statements. Now Randi's challenge very clearly states that any paranormal claims have to be demonstrated. Handing over a bunch of statements from "witnesses" swearing that he has done it clearly does NOT meet that criteria. He may as well show photographs or videos for all it is worth. Randi's challenge is all about proof, as in DOING it, there is already more than enough anecdotal "proof " for all things paranormal, and that is the whole point behind the challenge, as in stop talking about it, do it, show me! I therefore fail to see why either the author of the site, or you, or anybody else, can feel in any way cheated. The terms of the challenge are clearly set out and have not been met. You may not like the terms, but that is not the point, they are achievable - if paranormal powers exist . So what is your problem? Why do you think Zammit has been cheated? He hasn't done it! |

Your whole post is based on the fact that you said that ppsociety claims the vids to "prove" tk is real, while they obviously say that it is not ment as proof, nor do they claim it to be. So actually your whole post is just your own anger and blindness that you wanted to express, and therefore..its crap and prejudiced with your own personal feelings towards TK. So, yes.. you behave very immature. You should not be prejudiced, but be open minded to all aspects, and not let your personal feelings get in the way if you really want to research wether it exists or not.
