Commom sense must be applied in looking at submitted claims. Someone for example who claims to have lived for many years on water alone is obviously either a liar or mentally unstable. Does Randi have some secret he doesnt want to give out? Randi has lied in interviews and tooked information and blown it out of proportion before. *I have no desire right now to look it up, but should you persuade I'll give you links and sources of everything I have just said* I'm not saying this guy is real, I am saying Randi has no confidance and probably only accepts those who are certainly trying to fake him out as a means of making sure he's never beaten.
