It would be comforting to know that TK exists and that we all had unused "superpowers" that were within all of us. But, in the end, it would be a false comfort. Shining the flashlight of scrutiny at it and revealing that it's bull makes me feel... like I've been believing in the Easter bunny and Santa Claus longer than I should have as an adult. I do sometimes feel that many of those that believe in TK do so because they, like you, want to believe we have 'super powers'. I also think too many people watch films like 'The Marix' and believe there is more than a hint of truth to it. Good film though. |
