| Posted By: Brett Posted On: Jan 19, 2007 Views: 856 | Too many unanswered questions Hello everyone I woke this morning with a desire to see what I can find out about telekinesis. The site that links to this forum was the third I came across and after reading the contents within, I do not feel the need to look further. However you went about explaining away the possibilities of this phenomenon, some interesting questions came to mind. I watched as a demonstration of the use of static energy was employed to make these objects move. I found this interesting, because I noticed that even though this dispelled the theory of telekinesis, it still made me aware that we can interact with the energy between ourselves and said objects. I have no idea if TK exists or not. But I find my self asking questions like, where did we get the idea of this. Why is there such a fascination with it. Are the theories that we only use a small part of our minds accurate. Is it possible that the people that are seeking to learn this ability are attempting to tap into some dormant part of ourselves that should be able to interact with static energy on a grander scale. Watching the videos that prove these feats can be done without telekinesis merely raised more questions for me. I have seen the use of static energy to dispel the theory of telekinesis, but what if somewhere inside us lies the ability to do similar feats without our hands? I was impressed by the videos here and I think it was an excellent way to bring people back down to earth that have gotten way ahead of themselves in thinking simple methods of energy repelling techniques are anything other than that. I would like to believe that there is a way for us to achieve the amazing things we talk about here, but like so many others, I wont believe it till I see it.For me , that pencil needs to levitate. |
| Posted By: The Man with the plan Posted On: Jan 21, 2007 Views: 849 | RE: Too many unanswered questions Well Brent I found your argument more compelling than anyone elses on these comment boards but what you are saying is kind of like what people say about vampires... every culture us as humans have had, each one has had tales of creatures that stalk the night killing and drinking the blood of their prey. I mean yeah we can interact with different forms of energy you stick a key in a light socket while your holding it and you are going to fly across the room thats interaction but it still doesnt prove the theories behind TK. |
