People are always claiming TK and all the bull**** but what about the basics. Everyday there are people that prove that ability of a photographic memory or amazing mathmatics. There a many mentally disabled people that cant socialise but can hear a song and play it on the piano without a problem. Is it possible to do this with your own mind? Can the abilities be developed? Are there abiities we dont know about? I heard that we only use 10% of our brain at any given time. It is also true that we use our entire brain just not all of it all the time. But whoes to say we cannot learn to concentrate our brain function to be where we need it. For example if your taking a math test is it possible to block out your sense of hearing, smell and touch and concentrate your 10% of brain usage on the area that controls mathmatic reasoning. This would in theory allow you to do so much more. Einstein had more then the average persons brain activity and see what he accomplished. I believe he used an extra 2 percent. That 2 percent alowe him to achieve amaxzing things. Im just saying if you could train ur brain to work like that whoes to say the limits of what we could do. Another thing of hidden abilities what we no of the mind is not much. Brain scans monitor blood flow and concentraions in the brain but what are the possibilities of discovering abilities we didnt know we had. As far as im concered TK could exist in certain levels but only on a minor scale such as smalll abjects like moving a pencil across a desk but ass for lifting a tv across the room impossible. I say this because everything has a magnetic requency and it could be possible that the brain could learn to controll it. As for any other abilities im open to ideas but dont think they are possible, at least the ones i have heard of. Any comments ideas on my thoughts Im open for new ideas and wat i think im saying isnt out of the ordinary I have read the previous quotes and say the Keith got argumentative about unknown abilities but from what i understand it is possible because we know very little about the brain. All we know about brain funtion is where the conctrated blood flow is when we do certain things, what the means exactly is uncertain and whats to say different combinations do have different outcomes. For another thought why do humans need sleep? Seems like and easy question to answer simply because you are tired ist a good answer. From what we know about the body we learn about metabolism and all that junk and seems as if we could keep going for ever but for some reason we sleep a third of our lives. |

There might be 'unknown abilities of the brain' but there is no reason to suppose so as they have never been demonstrated. If someone actually did something considered impossible, then it could be investigated, but until that happens it is just idle speculation. |

RV is just good guess has nothing to do with special abilities. Lets use comon sense here. The only way to find out what is in an envelope like a pictue would be to read the thoughts of the person who put them there. Now as far as im concerened in order to read someones thoughts u have to be near them and control the freqeuncy your brain works at. The brain runs on certain electrical frequencies and it is possible to read thoughts if you can learn to control it. Its kinda like when u look at you phone expectin a txt message and when u pick it up the txt is recieved. Its kinda like a 6th sense not proven but somewhat there. Now unless ur in the room with the person who put the junk in the envelope theres no way ur doing rv ur just guess. I read that u sed rv just gives u good hints. U pritty much made 11 guess hiting on only a few things that werent even accurate just vague conections. I know ur reasoning is that there are 1000s of possibilities but for the record picing something like sun or water is just cheating. Water covers the entire earth and u se it on an everyday bases, same thing as the sun. So unless u believe in god and spirits giving u the answers theres no way ur doing RV. And if there are spirits giving u answers i sugest u go to a shrink cause ur prlly skitzo. |

You claim to be very successful at rv, but when I test you - at your request - you score a big fat zero. Funny that. You say that there have been lots of tests that prove that rv is real, but the only sites that say that are sites that exist only to prove that rv is real, and you think that is meaningful! You are very immature, you have no idea as to even the meaning of independent research, would not know how to interpret meaningful results even if given it, and you talk pure garbage. You are led by emotion instead of logic. You are a joke but are too stupid to realise it. The more you say the more stupid you look. |

Ok cj seriously ur annoying me but if u think rv is possibble the house about a test I'll do the same thing kieth did for u except I'll make it easier I will fill an envelop with 3 movie title pictures that have been in theaters in the past 5 years. All u need to do is get one title correct and then maybe ill be convinced. Now this is easier then your other challenge so if u can do what you have claimed to be able to do in the past here is ur chance to prove it jist tell me what numbers u want me to put on the envrlope or how u want them arranged |

I noticed there's a battle going on concerning remote viewing. well, rv is true, but you won't do it over the net. I'm sure cj have some interesting hunches, but I'm sorry pal, rv can't be accurate during complete waking state. remote viewing (as other kinds of ESP) appears to be more accurate during Ganzfeld state. Ganzfeld is a mind-state similar to the hypnagogic state (waking to sleep transition). The word in german means uniform field(from the top of my head) and consists in stabilizing all your senses to the point they don't cause interference in the senses you want to bring up (remote senses). This mind-state probably leaves the brain emmiting more theta waves and somehow favours remote information. While in Ganzfeld you should also have a partner who will ask you the questions (where you are, how it feels, etc) and do the analytical work for you. these experiments are well studied. no one knows why they work, lol, but also no one know why they stop working when they do (as for example in the decline effect). welcome to the world of parapsychology, lol |

I know you're tired of all these kids, as I am actually. they're sometimes reffered in foruns as DBZ's (Dragonballers, for obvious reasons) or fluffy bunnies (for not so obvious reasons). and maybe you're tired of people saying to you "you have to be open minded and I least consider" and you're all open minded but still cannot see those 'truths' they see. What can I say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. skeptics are used to see ropes where they aren't and believers are used to see god where he isn't. it's hard to be equilibrated in this line of work when on one side there is a crowd shouting TK IS REAL and on the other side is another crowd shouting TK IS NOT REAL. for what I know, skeptics are useful for the evolution of science, because they indirectly help to make actual scientific experiments and point possible errors in the process. but that doesn't mean these phenomenons do not exist and that they are so insignificant they should be discarded. they do exist and therefore should be studied. that's what they do when they place people under ganzfeld state. |
