I have never attempted it since but I know that I made it happen.You just need 100% concentration and the be- lief that you CAN. |

It is one of the most incredible things you can feel... I don't care if you believe me or not. And for those of you who do believe me, I'm glad you do, cause it is real...so so real. I moved a broom towards me, it rolled and then away from me. weights about 2 or 3 lbs. I did this for a couple mins! I feeling after you do it, you can feel yourself, lifted onto another plane, you feel all the energy of yourself, the things around you, the earth...you feel connected. To everything. It is indescribable!!! I wish everyone couple feel it, the most beautiful, yet terrifying thing. But something happened to, that same night...I did it, and in all the things that teach you how to do it...they tell you to rest and that is what i did, i rested...DO NOT REST IF YOU REACH THAT NEXT LEVEL...keep going at it till you can really control it... April 9th I did it. Steps: 1. Look at (or past the object seeing it from a depth perception) the object 2. Breathe deeply but calmly everytime you breathe 3. Tell it out loud to move toward you a couple time spaced out 4. Disconnect your mind from outside stuff 5. Tell it (to move towards you) in your mind 6. Now WILL (it is all about your WILL and Belief) WILL it towards you. 7. Breathe and do 6 over and over and really see the object move, know that it is going to move. **With the broom, every time i would do it, the entire thing did not move...i would hear the shuttering and twitching of the sweeping end. And then eventually that really help me know the broom was going to move because that end would become louder and move and twitch quicker.** The key figures is this: 1. There cannot be one doubt in you head about not being able to do it, if you have any doubt, it won't happen. I can't stress it enough... 2. It is your ALL ABOUT YOUR WILL. You must WILL it to happen, you must want it more than anything, and know it is going to happen. And I promise you it will. |
