What a great Investigation, Well done Keith

Well, where do i start hahahah, prehaps by saying Well done, for a great and objective site on Telekinesis, I love it!
Ok, so here goes! I agree with 99% of your studies and your results, Well done again.
The problem is i am a scientist (Registered and practising) but i am also a witch! yes, 20 years or so now, Do i believe in Telekinesis? have i ever seen a good demonstration that couldnt be dismissed by Physics? No, is the answere, But, I truly have witnessed things that science cannot explain, i am 39 yrs old, and im no fool, but i have witnessed scientificly un-explainable stuff, many, many times. We all thought DNA was a falicy until a guy had an aurgument in a tunnel with his wife, came out the other end with the solution.
If i gave you my opinion on TK, it would be an essay, so i wont, but think of this:
A Cell has electrical pulses (Mitochondria, ect) the cell runs on ATP, it converts it to energy, How many billions of cells do we have? can a collection of cells ie Humans project energy towards outside the body (look up Dr Emoto and the freezing water crystals with emotional outbursts) ect ect
Is belief, the key to Tk ? like religion, for those that hold a belif no evidence is needed, and for those without a belief no evidence is ever good enough? How do spells work? Do you belive in the Laws of Attraction? Quantum Physics (What the bleep do we know? dvd)Biology tells us we are just disorganised energy until we die, the the energy returns: Why do we know when people are upset or ill without seeing them? Summary: I am a scientist in cancer/tumours, but science does not have all the answeres, i believe there are some people who have seen or have experienced amazing things but will not come forward for the wolves that are waiting for their blood.
Do i beleive TK is real, Yes, i do, can i offer any evidence. No!But if life was as simple as yes and no, there would be no confusment in the world, would there? Nothing is ever, black and white. But I love your site, and i will monitor it from now, well done Keith, cheers, Malc

"and for those without a belief no evidence is ever good enough?"

No. We have no belief because there is absolutely no evidence, none, and never has been. TK is just a neat idea someone thought up, and the idea spread. It's an urban legend.

"Do i beleive TK is real, Yes, i do, can i offer any evidence. No!"

Hoping that something is real is not a logical reason to believe it's truly real.

Some people are convinced that when there's enough speculation about the existence of something that it means it might actually be real.

But that's false reasoning. The more speculation of something's existence without ANY evidence of its existence ever being found is more indication that it's not real at all.

Do i believe in TK, yes, can i offer proof, no!

Its my Human Right, My Autonomy! to believe in whatever spiritual path/Religion or concept (TK) as i wish to. Its not about im right, your right! its about my freedom to say i believe.

I didnt say, I can or i do use Tk, i didnt say i can prove TK is real, i just said i believed it does, and good for me! because if it wasnt for people like me, with an open mind, you would have no one to debat with! its a free world.

An individual cell contains anywhere from less than a hundred to several thousand mitochondria organisms, but only several are fully functional. Perhaps the full activation of these mitochondria result in these phenomenons

RE: What a great Investigation, Well done Keith

I agree that there are some things which science cannot explain, at least not at this point. It's true that it is not good to rely too much on science. But you have to keep an open mind on this. An open mind does not mean believing it unless you are proven wrong. An open mind is accepting that it may be real, and may be myth. When you say one only has to believe in something for it to happen, it could be just psychological. For example, if someone truly believes someone is stalking them, they will find evidence, whether somebody really is stalking them or not (this is called paranoia, but that's not the point). So when you say you are a witch, you had better have some pretty strong evidence to support that claim, for it is a very big one. Just saying you've seen things that cannot be explained is not proof enough. Many people have seen things they cannot explain, yet probably about 98% of the time it is only the imagination.

I am not saying that your claims are completely crap, or that you are lying, or that you are crazy. I am merely saying that you are more than likely one of the countless people who are so sure they've experienced something supernatural, when really it was all in their head.
