Canada is a hop skip and jump across the border from the US. Plus, there are lots more people there than Aus. So, not really the same, except for the Queen. She's the same...

And Every Day people will say to me... "Where are you guys located?" I say "We are just ouside of Vancouver BC Canada." They say, "Are you Canadian?" I say "Yes I am." They say, "huh, you don't sound like a Canadian." Sooooo... Just because you see in movies, where we accentuate any little nuances we have, I assure you, the only accent we have, is a lack of one.

Anyway, back on topic, I lived in Australia for 20-something years, and I think that they definately have the right idea. Great lifestyle.
