I believe that killer, child molesters, animal abusers and anyone else that hurts another living being should only get one chance, and if they screw up they should not be allowed to sit on death row for years waiting to die. I think if you are proven guilty of such crimes they should be waiting right outside the courtroom to stick a needle in your arm. I believe that everyone has a right to believe in the existence of God, Gods or the non-existance of god. I believe you can change your mind for no reason. I belive that drugs and prostitution should be legal and taxable, thus lowering sales and property taxes. I believe that we all start off the same and how you turn out in life is your own fault or to your own credit. I believe that children should be happy. I believe sick and dying people should be made as comfortable as possible, no matter how much it costs insurance companies. I belive everyone has a right to live life however they want and no one should tell them they are living life wrong.

First off: "I believe that anyone who, hurts another living being." You have just, in effect, taken away all credibility you ever began with. Are you a vegetarian? No, probably not, you've just hurt lots of living beings. Even if you are a vegetarian you hurt living beings every day. Rubber on your shoes, in your tires? Where do you think that came from sweetie? Rubber trees. Animals die when you cut trees down. Do you drive a car? That puts bad exhaust into the air, that hurts you, me, and EVERYONE. Second: Your whole bit about 'The second you're convicted of a crime you should be executed,' would compley 100% undermine the constitutional guarentee to 'Life, liberty, and DUE PROCESS OF THE ****ING LAW!' The reason these killers sit on death row so long is they're going through appeals. Every murder trial will eventually make it to the supreme court, because denying someone of life, is a constitutional crime, and the supreme court has to give it clearance before it can happen. I was pulled over for driving an 'uninsured vehicle,' 2 weeks ago. Now, if we did not have due process of the law, I would have gone to jail for 5 years, and paid a $50,000 dollar fine right then and there... which you are suguesting is how things should happen. However, my car actually was insured, and I took the matter to court. But the way you're making it sound, not only do you think we should do away with the process of appeals, we should also get rid of court, and have the cops just kill off all the bad guys, without any proof. Third: You later say "I believe that we all start off the same and how you turn out in life is your own fault or to your own credit." Along with "I believe that everyone has a right to believe in the existence of God." Now, the two of these combined compley contradict eachother. You have basically just said "As long as you're not a Lutheren, you can believe whatever you want, but Lutherens are all wrong." Lots of religions believe in predetermination and/or fate. Saying that we're aloud to believe in God, while at the same time saying we are fully responsible for our actions and everything in our life, has just cancled out the beleif many religions have. Fourth: You then say "I believe that children should be happy." I suppose you also beleive that if a child is unhappy, their parents should be executed on the spot for neglect, child abuse, and possibly sexual assault. After all, that IS how it would work in your pefect world, you know...the one that doesnt have courts, appeals, the constitution, or due process of the law? Fifth: You also state "I believe sick and dying people should be made as comfortable as possible, no matter how much it costs insurance companies," after talking about how taxes should be lowered. You cant have a government that does everything for you if you're not willing to pay taxes! It doesnt work like that! Sixth: Legalizing drugs, and prostution would both do one thing. Hurt other people! People would over dose, people would get AIDS, herpes, hepatitis, all sorts of fun diseases. That doesnt make sense. You think anyone who harms another human being should be instantly executed without due process of the law, while at the same time you think drug dealers and whores should be aloud to freely run the streets, causing countless people (and children, none the less) harm, simply so you could tax them and then take care of the sick people? You could solve the problem of the sick people all togather if you just gave them enough heroin, which would be legal in your idea of the perfect society...except....wait...wouldnt that count as hurting them? Seventh: It was a good Miss America speech. But...yeah...that was the biggest pile of bull**** I've ever seen.

If you cannot even spell the major points that you are trying to make, which I think are rather sweeping in their generalization, then I think you've got a problem...but again, that's just me.
