I'm not sure what the topic of this post is...

Don't panic, I'm not going to go all post-modernist on you, I just felt like posting something rambling and inconsequential here.
So.
How's life with everyone here? I'm currently fighting off depression with all my friends at university, and having to cope with my testicle-shatteringly dull job. I have just redecorated my room this afternoon though, which was fun, and I saw my brothers earlier this weekend.

If people don't feel like talking about themselves, then how about politics? Does anyone have anything amusingly bigoted to say about the US elections?

I feel this post rapidly coming to an end, thankfully. Please accept my apologies for it's utter pointlessness and feel free to use as many expletives as you like when insulting me.

RE: I'm not sure what the topic of this post is...

I'm trying not to get over done about a girl I work with. I REALY like her which hasent happend to me in a realy long time, 4 years. She's great, uber smart and pretty to. She's a little quiet and so am i outside cyberspace. I spent all weekend thinking about her and got nothing done. lol Two guys at work know, and I havent told either of them. i'm trying not to be to obvious, hopefully she dosent know, I'm not good enuf for her anyway. and the way my mental health is now I'd kill myself at Bridgeday if I asked her out and she said no, so I'll not say anything, yet.

I'm trying to wire my room, if anybody dosnt know I built a room on the back of my grandmothers house to move in and take care of her and Mom. I'm running late getting wireing and insulation and its getting cold, i can do the work myself, but there is one hitch, WTF do I know about wireing a room? I have the pre work done like running the wire and hanging the boxes. It's not to hard, everything is color coded.

No school for me this year. My cousin has proven to me that she is like another person in my family she hates, funny. She was going to help me get back in by paying my old bill to the school with her left over moneys from her loans, I've found out from her mom that she has already spent it. I knew she did when she got that new PC. I just wish she had the backbone to tell me instead of just thinking of herself and not letting me know. She still owes me money from this summer. She cost me a job and my carrer as a Chef.

I've been doing 50 hours a week at starbucks, a place I hate. The idea of selling plain black coffay at 2.22 is wrong somehow. I don't like the idea of it going from a place for people like me to a place for big buissness people. "get the sleeve and show your somebody"

****, sorry about the horably long post. You asked for it.

RE: I'm not sure what the topic of this post is...

I'm not doing too bad myself. In the midst of applying for 9 federal grants, and 2 big universities... I figure I have a better chance of getting somewhere if I apply for a lot of money, and fewer venues, then a lot of venues, and less money.... cause if ya think about it, getting into a great school is nice, but if I aint got the money, its in state education all the way!

The female scene remains interesting. I filled you all in about a month ago, so I'll give a breif update on all that. Cassie, the girl who turned out to be my secret admirer proved to be WAY to complicated and confusing. We're still friends, but, that's not going anywhere. It's still nice to have a not-so-secret-admirer though. Rachel, the one who dumped me on my birthday is still insane... keeps telling me how she wants to be friends again, but then decides to call me late at night just to tell me "I just wanted you to know that my entire life I had a dream about my first time being perfect with the perfect guy...candles and rose petals everywhere... and then I remember our first time, and am reminded that you ruined my dream." She's a psycho. Oh! And she's telling everyone I was abusive... luckily no one believes her. Only person who has actually confronted me about it was my best friend, who knew it was bull****.

I've been dating a LOT, and still continue to persue the "friends first," notion...which has its up sides and its drawbacks, but the upsides are still overpowering the drawbacks. I dated one of my best friends my junior year, then we broke up... but since Rach and I have seperated, me and Emily have picked up where we left off...

But yeah, that's life as of now. I'll let you guys know come january how all the grants and stuff went. I also appologise for the long post, but as Dragonmaster said, you asked for it :)

I did indeed ask for it, and what marvellously long responses I got.

You all seem to have much more complicated and interesting lives than me. It's very selfish of you. I feel that I need to go off and stab someone or write some obscure poetry just to keep up...

Well now that you told us, I would tell on you.

I have the worst cold in the entire world!!! This is rediculious. Everyone I've seen today has pulled me asside and are like "Oh my God, are you okay?" assuming I'm crying. Blargh. Not feeling too hot. I should pretend something bad happened and get sympathy...no one really cares after you tell them its just a bad cold.

I've got a cold too, though I've just taken a day off work to exclude myself from society. I've never particularily enjoyed that panicky look people give you as you dribble phlegm on them whilst jabbering "I'm fine, honestly"...
