Posted By: Rox Posted On: Nov 2, 2004 Views: 658	NASCAR Supports Terror ok people, these cars get like 3 miles a gallon. and thats on really high-grade fuel that takes more to make. so if you figure that say 20 cars finish a 500 mile race, that 10,000 miles driven at 3 miles per gallon. that translates to 3,333 gallons of gas wasted by driving in a circle. even if it was just premium unleaded at $2 a gallon, thats over $6,000 of wasted fuel. now, my car gets around 28 miles per gallon. so on that same 3,333 gallons, i could go more that 93,000 miles. i drive a lot, around 20k a year. so for the gas used in 1 nascar race... just by the cars that finish, i could drive my car for almost 4 years. so, eliminate NASCAR. good for the planet, good for foreign relations, and no more of those damned "3" stickers on the back of every redneck's pickup

It accelerates faster, has a higher top speed, and few parts to wear out. Hydrogen can be just as good or better than gas, it's just more expencive.

The best part of the whole experience was watching a bunch a of crazy redneck hill-billy's get into garbage barrels and race down a hill in them. One good push and off you go!! The first person to make it to the bottom in the barrel, not full of vomit and **** WINS!!
