Haloween in my favorite holiday and as I'm buying candy K-mart is putting up christmas trees. WTF? Thats a mood killer, if there ever was one. (ok, so your girlfriend telling you she is actualy your boyfriend is worse) I refuse to decorate until Dec. First. Even then I don't go all out. People forget what christmas is about. Even if you arent religious, it's a time for being with your family and friends, forgeting about that person who ****ed with you last week, and just being nice for a change. |

| Posted By: DM Posted On: Nov 21, 2004 Views: 2534 | Movies and Aliens Given the infinite possible variety in a planet's conditions (temperature, gravitational pull, presence of certain gases in the atmosphere, climate), it's hard to imagine what life on other planets would look like, if it exists. Despite the billions of planets out there, many conditions must be perfect in order for life to exist. Also, when you consider the fact that the universe has been around for billions of years and the fact that we're slowly killing this planet off (pollution, anyone?), it's possible that life has existed on some planets but doesn't anymore. There is evidence suggesting that Mars once did support life, or could have. That said, I voted for movies on this poll, simply because I'm a huge movie freak, but aliens are interesting too. |
