Squall - the real explanation is that it is kind of a race to post first when a new poll comes out on Sunday afternoon or so, sometimes Monday. Anyway, some people get really mad when you make a big deal out of it, but it is a tradition that makes this a cool site, in my opinion. (By the way, I have never been first, but I came close - Bob Dole beat me by 4 minutes a couple of weeks ago!)
