Posted By: Unhappy Elf Posted On: Dec 24, 2008 Views: 662	Christmas Sucks This Year Why does Christmas suck so much this year. It started about two months ago and has just gotten worse. First, the job I have been doing for a year and a half was looking to be promising. The main customer just renewed their contract with our firm for three more years. I was like , yippy, maybe I can get a raise now. Our department had three full time admins and the work was really steady for all three of us. Then one decides they are going to move. But there is money to replace them. Npe, they just decide to put all his duties on my back. But I figure I was doing all his work before they hired him so no diff. Then the other full time person a week later annouces they got a better job and was leaving in a week. But there is monay to hire someone else, right, the customer is paying for three full time peeps. So they decide not to hire someone new and putt all of her duties onto me. But I was doing all that before they hired her too. But now it's like a huge job and I have to be oncall 24/7 without any compensation for it. I can't leave town due to my having to be available to respond in an hour for any crisis. So I figures, well I am certainly going to get a raise. Get, this, the royal screw you of it all. They cut my pay 15%. Right before thanks giving. And get this, no holiday pay, no sick time, no vacation pay or bonus. I went from the red headed left handed step child to the left headed red handed cousin that no-one talks about. Everyone on this account is a perm employee. I am the only contractor. They really stole my christmas this year and that really sucks. And I am piled under so much crap that there is no satisfaction from it anymore. I even will have to work Christmas Day. While everone who is a perm employee enjoys their raises,holiday bonus, vacation time, holiday time and so forth. I do hope that Jesus comes back this year on Christmas day and brings forth Judgement Day. Being dedicated and working hard get you nothing.

Besides I checked and I would qualify for the maximum in my state for 26 weeks. So get this. I am going through all this crap for just $63 buckeroos more a week. Crappy Holidays to All!

That 63 buckeroos extra I am getting instead of an unemployment check is eaten up by work expenses that I don't get reimbursed for. So sometimes working can be even a bigger slap in the face than being unemployed.

That guy in the Santa suit killing all those people, burning down the house and blowing up his car. Israel bombing and killing hundreds in the Gaza Strip. Black youth deaths from gang violence is up 40% this year. Unemployment is getting closer to double digits. The Dow is going down down down. Merry Christmas and have a Happy Hussien New Year.

Just because he knew the family always had a party and always expected a neighbor dressed as Santa doesn't really connect it to the holidays other than convenience. This was the result of a finalized divorce. It could have just as easily happened on Arbor day. Israel has a long history of bombing the Gaza strip. There is no special significance to Jews killing Muslims near a Christian holiday. Hispanic youth deaths due to gang violence are probably also up along with white and Asian youths. Violent crime rates fluctuate with the economy. Again, no connection to Christmas. It's not like black gang members are getting enraged at the site of Christmas lights. The Dow started going down in May. That's a long way from Christmas. The big drop was in October. For December, it has been trending pretty flat. Your use of Obama's middle name obviously implies you think his presidency will make things worse. Do you really think you can predict the coming year? You know, with you being a retarded dip**** and all?
