I would love to hear stories about towelheads being deported. Unfortunately, because of the way the INS works, there would be a vast shortage of stories. You see, when an illegal foreigner is apprehended, it is given a summons to report to court at a later date. No seriously. Do you know what percentage of illegal foreigners actually report to their court date? 3%! This is an outrage. So anyway, nice idea, but it would not work in practice.
