It was tasteful and I think they were redeeming themselves from the last couple of years. The halftime show at Stanford is amateurish, mildly entertaining at best, and sometimes controversial. Regardless of what it may be, it is never the draw to the game. We go for the sake of the game, which occasional is well played and exciting. Ive lost much of my interest in watching pro football because of the glam and marketing that has ruined the superbowl now occurs with every game. I will still watch because occasionally youll see something remarkable (remember all those come from behind wins on Monday football three years ago?). Oh yeah tailgating at college games is way better as compared to pro games. |

I go to almost every college game here and watch 100% of the game, and barely talk to my dad during the game. I also remember that my dad is plunking down over a grand for the season, too. I never watch pro ball on television. It is just not the same to me! |
