| Posted By: GirlUWant Posted On: Feb 10, 2005 Views: 1160 | RE: the best rock band As a person, and their individual work, I would pick Hagar over Roth, but I love the first two Van Halen albums, and in my opinion, after Diver Down, they went super way down hill...1984 isn't anything like Van Halen's first album, Van Halen. I think that Eddie Van Halen is one of the greatest rock icons, ever. He is so talented and never seemed to let it go to his head. Dave Lee Roth owed a lot to the talent of Eddie. Roth had a more energetic stage presence, but I think Hagar is more talented musically. I almost put Motley Crue on my list, but I was keeping it to ten. |
