| Posted By: adam Posted On: Mar 15, 2005 Views: 619 | That wasnt the Dumbest thing ive done, this is i drank one beer one night....ONE beer...then we smoked some buds, it was 3 am, and i had this strange sense that my friend who jsut left, was watching me through the window.. then i went out there(with my beer) and i see him and some other guys with there lighters flicked and there looking at some scratches on this car...and i walk over there with my beer, and ask my friend what happened and he goes "well i was sitting by the window watching you, and i see Nick come down the road and he hit my car, cos hes all wasted...so im there watching them outside at 3 am with there lighters....trying to fix it all...and then a police car comes down the road and spotlights everything and i throw my beer, and they start talking there stuff and my FRIEND hands his sack to me and tells ME to hide it, so i put it in my pants (so stupid) and we all get the PBT i blew a .113...and then there over there talking and a friend noticed that the sack was hangin out of my right pant leg...and i start kicking my LEFT leg, trying to get it out, and then i realized it, and secretly reached down and grabbed it and put it in my pocket, and then the cop is like hey is there anyone inside the house (my own sack is sittin out in the open by the computer) so i said no, and hes like can i take a look, and i go no, and hes well why not, and i said you dont have a warrant, u cant go in there less i say, and i said no.,..and he freaked out and i was like ook lets go...so we go in there, he sees the sink full of empty beer cans...we had a huge pile there...party house...and he walks in and looks around and of course grabs my bag of weed and goes is this yours? and i said yeah, and goes ok...and we go out side and i sit and wait on the curb, and after liek 20 minuts they call me over and goes were gonna give you an MIP but let u go for the Possesion...phew!...but when a cop takes your weed, and u dont get charged, then it just might mean they are smoking it later...but who cares, i got off....an MIP in Michigan is 205 dollar fine, 25 hrs of community service and a 50 dollar AA class, which i missed the first class so i had to pay (or my bro paid, cos i lost my job and used the last bit of money i had to pay the fine) a 100 bucks....good god i have never made so many stupid decisions in my life!! let this be a lesson to ya's! dont go outside with an alcoholic beverage whe your under 21! |

The cops come and shine their light and catch him with his bag and they made him dump it out in the street. Well, we came back the next day and it was still there, so he got his weed back! I only tried it twice, and didn't like it! |
