Bono has an excellent voice, has defined in part what it means to be a front man, and has a great song writing style with mass appeal. That said.... he was still sh!tting his diapers when Mick Jagger was tearing it up on stage. Mick Jagger defined the front man attitude in a time when the most rebelious thing out there was Elvis shaking his hips and John Lenon with a mop top. If his voice isnt good enough for you, then Robert Plant should certainly be considered... a man who brought Robert Johnson's blues falsetto into rock and roll... |
