Yes, Paul was the one who wrote the anti-women and anti-gay stuff that people are always citing. Pretty much anything you hear from the New Testament except the Gospels and Revelation is by Paul. (There are a couple other letters, but nobody ever cites them.)

Curiously enough, you never hear anybody citing that particular part of Paul's writing that I put in that strip. I'd like to hear more of that.

Spoiler alert

Thanks a lot, Serasfan :P

PS: Wait, was it Paul who was all like "I think women should be silent" and caused the oppression of the female gender within Christianity? Just because he *thought* it?

Walter

I can't believe that Walter's a vampire either! I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes... In scans from the newest manga. What's even more incredible to me is that Kohta Hirano killed Maxwell! I was so upset. I know he's evil but Maxwell is just so cool. But he can't kill Anderson right? Right? I really hope not. That would be it for Iscariot. Except for Yumie/Yumiko and Heinkel.

Quick Question

How old is Walter in Hellsing: The Dawn?

Someone mentioned 15 years, is that right? (trying to estimate an age for the first anime)

Re:new anime series wif similar plot to Hellsing

Wish I could read Japanese! :P
Characters /do/ look cool. Much more stylized and typical of anime/fantasy than Hellsing. Thus I don't think they're nearly as cool, lol, but I do wish I could read about them.
Anyone willing to translate for me?

You're right. Though I can hardly read it, the characters even look somewhat similar to Hellsing. Tha characters look great, too.

Re: Previous Polls

I didn't think so. I'm as in the dark on what ever 'slang' is being refered to as you. Sorry.

previous polls

I've been reading previous polls out of curiosity sence discovering I like chatting with you people on this forum.

Wow; the one on accents and slang was highly amusing, and a little sad at the same time. Mind if I put in my late two cents? Hope note cause I'm going to. Don't worry, it'll be short and sweet.
1) Any one, rabid or not, researched or not, picky or not, can be a Hellsing fan.
2) I happen to love the accents and 'artistic liberties'. It happens. And I didn't note slang in Sir Integra's dialogue.
3) Yes, 'Sir' Integra. And, yes, that is proper. Modern female Knights may be adressed as either 'Sir' or Dame. This is verifiable through the British Royal's own web site. (I've done lots of research on both modern and middeval knights.
4)Miss Integra, as spoken only by Walter anyway, is okay for the familiarity he is allowed to hold with her.
5) Keep politics out of this and all will be happier. Don't flame or insult and all will read and seriously consider what you say. (I voted Bush; don't hate me for it, I don't hate you for whomever you voted for)

Have a wonderful week!

Yeah, I know its worth it. But I haven't the money. And I don't live in America. So far we only have vol1-5 over here. And so far I've only found 1 store that holds it. And on top of that, they only have 1 copy of each. Ok, make that 1 copy of 2-5--I bought vol1 some time back.

Mandarin? Then its ok for me. But not Japanese, though. So long as it isn't so strong or powerful, that is. Chinese characters are hard to memorize.
