She conned me into going to see a distant cousin on my DAD's side of family sing some opera crap - she is actually really good, she is a vocal professor at the university here, anyway, I show up and I am like, where's daddy? Well, he was at the OSU baseball game, by himself, meaning that his other ticket did NOT get used...I was like, hey, I would have gone with dad if I had known there was the option of going to a college baseball game...my mom told my dad that he couldn't ask me because she KNEW I would choose eating and spitting sunflower seeds checking out those cute baseball player asses rather than hear a DISTANT cousin sing in French and German! I dissed her last Tuesday for my dad...he went to the baseball game and she wanted me to go to a wheelchair basketball game...she ended up staying at home because nobody wanted to go in our family! |
