Now that the proposed 2006 changes to the farm bill have been dropped, what will happed in 2007, when a completely new farm bill is enacted?

(Options)
1. There will be few changes from the current farm bill.
2. Argicultural funding will be drastically reduced.
3. Agricultural funding will be increased.
