Bring back the Chevy Chase Show!! Did anyone see the episode where Chevy was interviewing this old man who claims to have only eaten a hot dog and a cup of coffee, everyday for the past 50 years? Chevy blindfolded the guy and had him do a taste test of hot dogs to see if he could tell the difference between brands. Just after Chevy put the blindfold on the guy he stood behind the old man and gave his pants a quick tug and says "Ok...here's the first sausage!" Classic Chevy-style ala Fletch, Modern Problems, etc.

Jay hardly writes his own monolouge. He's a great standup, but cuz he's on NBC they have to make eveything p.c. and all that crap

Of COURSE Conan is going to have to tone down his act for the Tonight Show. He'll be performing for people's grandparents when he goes on the TS instead of a bunch of young drunks like he does now. Conan's hilarious. I think he'll do fine.

Just keep him away from the Doritos.

Leno SUCKS

Why don't you see him shilling Doritos anymore? How long did it take him to realize those commercials made him look like more of a tool than he already was?

Leno

The sad thing is that he USED to be funny. He did. Back before he started whoring himself out to the Gods Of Television (and probably before he started selling Doritos). I've seen some old stand-up of his and it was hilarious. Read his autobiography-- extremely funny. But the Tonight Show? He was okay as a guest host, but I'm sorry. He needs to stop now. The Dancing Itos were funny, I guess.

I heard that he has never spent any of the money that he's made from the Tonight Show-- just lives on what he makes for stand-up and stuff. Weirdo.

Jay Leno is..

..the guy with the Chin and the lisp and the floppy greying hair, and the in-studio band that provides each and every 'bad-um TSH!' for the end of Leno's jokes...just in case you didn't know the jokes was over, or maybe to get your attention because your mind had wandered. Again.

Christine you'd catch him on NBC. Or in one episode of Simpsons.

"You know, we once -- we had Jay Leno on "The Simpsons" and -- do you know how impossible it is to draw Jay Leno with that chin in "The Simpsons" style? [laughter] It can't be done -- you know?"

- Matt Groening, 1998

I guess I'm odd

Kilborn should replace Leno.

Come on, "What up?" was hilarious.

Leno-leum

I can't wait till Conan replaces him. I just hope he doesn't have to tone down his comedy.
