My greatest fear

This sounds strange, im afraid of open umbrellas! Im okay if there closed but when they are open im in fear of losing an eye to one of the spokes! little old ladies always carry them at my eye level and just walk straight at me forcing me to constantly dodge them to keep my eyes intact. I wonder if anyone has ever actually lost an eye to someone elses umbrella?

My second greatest fear is reading personal posts by james. I don't know why they fill me with such loathing and anger.

RE: My greatest fear

One time when I was little I indeed poked my sister in the eye with one of the metal ribs (is that what they're called?) of an umbrella. She started crying, I went and got my dad and indeed said "MAGGIE POKED HER EYE OUT WITH AN UMBRELLA!" So he came running and then when she was just crying he was like "you said she poked her eye out!" and then I was confused because I thought it was just a figure of speech...

RE: My greatest fear

Jill my sweet, my crown has healed and is as glorious as ever. How would you feel about some quiet time alone at the well like we used to?

(Because clearly it takes 2 people to fill a bucket of water.)

RE: My greatest fear

Why did you dig your well on top of a hill? Wouldn't the water have been closer near the bottom of the hill?

RE: My greatest fear

a well is just a deep hole in which ground water collects. maybe, since a hill soaks up more water then the same area if it were flat, it makes sense to put it on top of a hill.
