RE: Wasabi Peas

Dude, Todd talks about his wasabi peas constantly. He's mentioned them in frequent movie reviews.

I'm actually alergic to wasabi, to the point where if I had like, a teaspoon, I'd die. That would be an interesting board game... Odd Todd Clue.

Syrgot, in the Office, with the Wasabi.

What kills you?

RE: Wasabi Peas

I think they're kind of good. I got mine at a co-op and I've seen them in bulk at other stores. I remember Todd talking about how he likes a certain kind and hates another. Maybe one brand is awsome...

RE: Wasabi Peas

I know exactly what he means! I love one brand and hate another too, but I can't ever remember which brand I like and which one I hate! LOL! One brand is not very spicy and seems very dry, and not much coating on it, but the other brand is awesome, very spicy and lots of coating. The best ones are the ones that make your nostrils go "whooo baby" it is kind of like a nostril orgasm! LOL!

You can buy them in a can at Wal-Mart - I never have...I have always bought mine at the local Asian Mart.

adam - once again...the whole snack compatibility...you like Dr. Pepper, too...yuck...you would never have to worry about me drinking that crap!

We could share coff-ay! ;) auuuhhh...

RE: Wasabi Peas

adam, you do realise that lighter roast coffee's have more caffeen in them? The longer a coffee is roasted the more caffeen is cooked out. (little starbucks thing) Expresso is a medium roast, but because of the way it is brewed it has more caffeen. Black tea has more caffeen than any coffee, but to get that caffeen you'd have to eat it. Nasty. White tea has more brewed than coffee, but good luck finding it.

GUW, try a Cafe Misto, or a Late at starbucks. The misto is close in taste to the late but cost much less.

I love Wasabi with sushie, (sp) ((raw fish)) is that the same thing, it's a green paste thats realy good, and fixes any cold no matter how bad?

RE: Wasabi Peas

Yes, wasabi is the green paste stuff that you use as a condiment with Sushi - but Sushi means vinegared rice and sashimi means raw fish. Sushi rice is the base ingredient for a variety of different rolls and stuff. Kind of like hamburgers. You can have them with different kinds of cheese, mustard, or mayo, or ketchup, optional pickles, onions, bacon, bbq sauce...but you always have a beef patty to start with, with the exception of using ground turkey or a soy burger...ya know?
