Cool Game!!!

I remember a really cool RPG game in which there where Towers named after all the planets and if you beat the boss at one of them you get a skill for different characters there was also an evil circuis at one point. I have been looking for about 8 years for that game if anyone knows the name of it will you please post it

Every good rpg is good to replay

I think every good RPG has a great replay value !

That it has been made before after or during SNES era does not change a good RPG

hey mybe ur right that the ending was a little dumb for ff7 but i think it might not be the best game ever know ff10 did have a great ending to end the great story but ff7 will always stay close to my heart or what ever

Also

ff7 is deff not the greatest game ever, ff7 had prolly the worse ending ever for the amount of time you put into gettng to the end, thank god for advent children which is taking forever to be released.

Thinking too much into it

The reason we replay the snes games isnt because of nostalgia or w.e lol wtf. Its because the games were just extremly good, all those games set the bar for how we approached our characters, how we saw the story , romance, etc etc etc. And idk how anyone can ever say that there was no replay value on a snes game, frigen Chrono trigger has 13 alternate eddings. Ive played ff2 maybe 10+ times through, because after i dont play the game in like a yr all i want to do is relieve the story, and dont even get me started on ff3, that game can be played till the end of time prolly the greatest game ever developed. We reply our snes games because we love to relive the journeys that we get so stuck on , and just try and safely get our team to the end, cause ive never gotten a more satisfying ending then from some of the rpgs ive played on the snes.

greatest ending is prolly ff10

During the ERA!!!

During the Snes era rpg's never got boring in my opinion, but if anyone wants to disagree with me, then please, tell me.

...

Some of my favorite games to replay would have to be A Link to the Past and Paper Mario. The whole nostalgia thing doesn't apply to me in the first, since the first time I played the game was in April, when it was re-released on the GBA with the four swords. Ironically, it does apply in the latter, there are times when I'll randomly start humming the Toad Town music or Crystal Palace background music or Peach's theme or Bowser's theme and suddenly want to go through the game again. XD

gameplay

no need to flame you ;) Being able to see a somewhat different story based on your decisions or player choice is a bonus of course, though I usually don't consider a game finished before I've played through all possible courses, so that would fall under the first playthrough for me. Anyway I find that good gameplay is more important to me. I want to enjoy playing and I wish more developers would remember that.

We're talking about REPLAY value.

Replay value is basically anything that gives the player incentive to go back through the game This usually involves allowing the player to go back through the game and choose an alternative path or play an alternate character's story-line. I don't remember any SNES RPGs letting you do that, no matter what you did in an SNES RPG you usually just end up doing the same thing. It may be great the first time through but if you go through it again you just end up playing through the same thing. Not that that's bad, It's just not much of an incetive. I also happen to dislike repetition, so it may just be me.

Go ahead and flame me if you want, you have my e-mail address.
