If the dog really hates it and spends every second in it trying to tear it off I'd say don't for the dogs sake. I have a dog about Roscoe's size and I think it's fine to have a raincoat if it's raining hard but not if it's sprinkling. Sweaters are fine if the dog will be out for a while or it's really cold because otherwise the dog may become very cold and shiver and such. So my advice is to dress dog with caution paying attention to the weather. |
