| Posted By: Emma Posted On: Jul 4, 2006 Views: 730 | a child called it ,the lost boy ,man named dave i found all three books truly inspring, i firtst read the books from the local libary but when i heard that there was a book with all three stories i went and bought it i am reading it now and i just cannot put the book down in a week i have read nearly a full book. i think that dave is truly a strong man but maybe sometimes to nice to people the part that really got me was when he went to visit his dad in hospital and the connection that they had and how he could put his feelings aside to still inform his mother and to still see her after all of the evil twisted thinhgs that she did, dave is an amazing person and if he would not of spoke of this issue to the school nurse then would we have these laws now i dont think so, he has inspiered people to talk about the issue as it should be adressed, and he his love for his son is amzing even thiugh of his mothers comment she was just envious of your but dave has made it and moved to the russin river i cant be any happier for dave it is also comforting to know that they are pople like dave who are willing to help |

| Posted By: bo Posted On: Feb 8, 2006 Views: 530 | a child called it how could a mother put their child through that? it isn't human at all to put a child through that. think about this, would you be able to survive that? i know i wouldn't. i first heard about this book from my english teacher. it took me about a year to find somewhere that would give a book like that to a minor. after starting to read it i couldn't put it down. |
